The last post about Mr. Tsang

It's not about how beautifully the King wrote his word nor his artistic expression. >

It's his belief and passion that crown him The King Of Kowloon. >

We hope that his legacy could encourage people to fight for their dreams and never give up on it.>

This poem by Lo Fang tells us all about the spirit behind the king of kowloon. >

sorry to all non-chinese readers. It's hard for us to translate this poem, but if you want to understand more about the King of Kowloon, it would be well worth is to ask someone that knows chinese to explain it for you. >

R.I.P. The King of Kowloon

Learned it from a friend that Mr. Tsang Tcho Choi aka The King of Kowloon has passed away at the elderly resting home last week but there was no official release to confirm. Today on the news, the King of Kowloon has passed away last week by a heart attack, the king has left us for good. R.I.P. There are a couple sayings about Mr Tsang, here is one of them. Mr. Tsang found out from the family pedigree one day in the 70's, the land of Kowloon has been granted by the King to his family before England has taken it away, and according to the pedigree he should be inherited the ownership of the land. Obviously the ownership has no longer belong to the family somehow and since then the King started writing about the non-recoverable land and the family story. Initially the King wrote around his living area, around Kwun Tong Area, and in the late 90's his writing has filled up every corner in Hong Kong. The name "The King of Kowloon" is found in his writing and this is what the people known him for. For over 30 years of writing, no doubts the King is one of the earliest man who writes in the public, Hong Kong. Although not every man would agree he was an artist, nor graffiti writer, some says Mr Tsang has mental problem that makes him to write but this was disagreed by the King's family. The spirit of expressing himself on the wall, for an old man start writing in the middle of his life and he kept that up for more than 30 years, is still worth a respect. We grew up in your land, with your writing in our hood, shall god offer your the right to write in heaven continue spreading the message in the world above us. - Rest In Peace, the King ever.
